We want you to love your BLACKPINK merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and digital media are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
